HI Chris, I have a UI animation, and the little cloud that bursts behind it does not always show, the animation plays every time, but in the build, the cloud is not there. Are you able to offer any ideas why from this screenshot please?

It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

No - the screenshot doesn't show enough.
Is the Menu on beforehand, and does the cloud sprite show if you remove the Animator so that the sprite is fixed?
So the menu is always on, as it is the in game inventory open and mobile open icons. And the cloud always shows when I play it in game.
Once the Animator is removed?
How is the animation being played?
Thanks I have sorted this by moving it on Z plane!
Ok, so I haven't sorted this unfortunately!
**How is the animation being played?

The animation is being played using a trigger animation, and as mentioned, plays fine in the build, I see the cloud on screen and it animating. But in build it is not visible.
**Once the Animator is removed?
**
It is visible on screen.
See screenshots and thanks:

You're not sharing enough detail. What changed when moving it on the Z-plane that made you believe this was sorted, and what changed again when you found that it wasn't?
If the cloud is invisible, check that your UI is equipped to react to the screen's dimensions when full-screen. Try running the game in windowed mode as well.
Amend your animations to affect the cloud's transparency to half, rather than disabling the Image / GameObject completely. Animate its colour at different points the animation should normally hide the cloud. If the image is then within the bounds of the screen, you should then be able to tell which part of the animation it's currently playing.
