Hello!
I purchased Adventure Creator in a sale a while ago, I think when Unity still used numbers rather than years. Getting it up and running was simple... now seemingly not so.
After a year post grad of applying for and not getting game jobs I've decided to dip back into making some small games to pad my portfolio and figured getting back into AC would be a great way to make some small adventures.
Using the new Unity Hub, I installed Unity 2018.1.2f1, and tried importing AC. I then get an error about outdated APIs, and then when the project finally loads I have about 4 error messages about Interactive Cloth and other things.
I try a new project this time using the Asset Store instead of importing from the project creator. Same issue.
Then I think that maybe 2018 might be screwy, so I downloaded 2017.4.5f1 LTS... same issue. Every time, when the package should prompt me about creating the layers and inputs, I get this same outdated API error, and either option refuses to let me go forward.
Is there a way to end this nightmare? Is it because I'm using the Hub? Am I somehow using an older version of AC?
