Feature Request: Another Variable Column

Hiya,
This is just a really simple request but I've got over 200 variables, and when I want to try to click on one in an action list it can take like 20 seconds to click and hold the "down" button and wait for the entire list to finish scrolling to the bottom of the drop-down menu.

I thought it would better if after a certain amount of variables it adds an extra column so you can find and click it instantly? Such as maybe instead of scrolling down the drop down menu it adds an extra column and displays another 70 or so variables that way? 

Just my two cents :D

    Had exactly the same problem and came around this by grouping the variables, e.g. "folder/folder/variable". This way the list is much more comfortable to work with.
