request - Action that controls light settings.

Maybe something that looks like this?

Action type: Light > Change settings 

x Range _
   Color r_  g_ b_
x Intensity _
   Bounce Intensity _

Transition time _
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Action type: Light > Change shadow settings

x Strength _
  Resolution _
  Bias _
  Normal Bias _

Transition time _

    You can avoid using Actions by simply animating the light and using the Object: Animate Action to trigger it.  For that reason, it's not necessary for such an Action to be included within AC "official".  However, know that you can write custom Actions if you really want to implement such an Action.
