Prevent loading in cutscenes...?

Hi there,

I've searched for this, but it doesn't seem to have been any interested before.

I've observed that when you're in a cutscene you don't even see the Save button in the Pause menu... and I'd like that behavior as well for the Load button.

Is there any way to activate that, without resourcing to game state checks? Just by default?

  • Use the Save: Check Action.  The Save button's visibility is determined not by gamestate, but by whether or not saving is possible at that moment.  This Action can query the same thing.

    Use it in the Pause menu's ActionList when turn on asset, and use the Menu: Change state Action to show/hide the Pause Menu's LoadButton element accordingly.
