Problem with the camera?

 I used both game camera and main camera and they both are not moving and the same size and place and its working fine in the game scene but when I export the camera ratio is not right. I set the ratio to 3:2 but since my laptop's screen is 8:5, theres always black bars in the side no matter what, and the menu is half in the black bars and half in the background sprite ( because i put a black background since I thought I'd be better than the background being blue(default).

Have you checked Force aspect ratio? in the Settings Manager?  When enabled, that will ensure your aspect ratio given beneath is preserved by adding such borders when the screen resolution doesn't match it.
