Hi,

The limit by category option does not seem to do anything when the inventory box type is container. Is there another purpose of this option in this case? Items of other categories can still be spawned/placed inside that inventory box.

Does it only work when it's a default inventory box? Thank you!

That the UI to select category is showing in the properties is a bug - thanks for the spot.

Yes, the ability to limit items by category should only be for default Inventory boxes.  This is to prevent a mismatch when e.g. opening an inventory box with one set of categories, and a container with another set - and items seemingly disappearing when moving one to another.  I shall reconsider this restriction, however.
